Are you passionate about helping individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve greater independence? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Development Coach to join our resettlement team, working directly with individuals transitioning into independent living.
In this role, you will play a vital part in helping people successfully resettle by supporting them to secure and maintain appropriate accommodation, build life skills and develop the confidence to live independently. You will work closely with housing providers, local authorities, and other partners to ensure a smooth transition for each person, offering practical advice and ongoing guidance.
