Location: Edinburgh House, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent and various community settings

Do you love working with young people and creating activities that are fun, inspiring and inclusive?

Join YMCA Go! and help young people aged 10-16 (up to 25 for young people with SEND) build confidence, learn new skill and have fun!

What the role includes:

• Delivering fun activities cooking, music, digital, arts, sports and games
• Run youth clubs, community sessions and detached youth work
• Help deliver trips, events and pop-up activities
• Build positive relationships with Young People, parents and community partners
• Support Young People to develop confidence, skills and independance
• Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment

An ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, creative, adaptavtive and non-judgemental. You’ll need experience of working with young people or within the community, good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, including evening, weekends and school holidays.

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS and reference checks and ability to travel around Stoke-on-Trent is essential.

This role is subject to funding and is currently funded until 31st March 2028.
