Hospitality & Catering Assistant
HOSPITALITY AND CATERING ASSISTANT
16 hours per week
£12.00 PER HOUR
Location: Edinburgh House, Hanley, Stoke on Trent
We are looking for someone to join the small team to run our catering facilities. Join the happy, vibrant team at YMCA North Staffordshire and support young people and the local community. This contract is for 16 hours per week and will consist of 4 x 4 hours shifts each week and working 1 in 3 weekends. The shifts available are:
Monday — Friday 1.30pm to 5.30pm or 3.00pm to 7.00pm approx.
Saturday—10.00am to 2.00pm
Sunday—11.00am to 3.00pm
Experienced catering staff required to prepare and serve meals at YMCANS, support the lunch time café and service conference centre with buffets.
We have a wide range of customers from young people to the business community, sports teams and local residents, so experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
You must have previous experience in commercial catering, and ideally have your food hygiene certificate, although all necessary training will be provided. An enhanced DBS check, shift flexibility and references are essential for this role.
