“This year, as we commemorate 25 years since the end of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we asked a wider audience to send us their memories or impressions of how this war affected them. Here we have a collection of testimonies, poems, art and craft that we hope will help you get a better understanding of not just what happened from 1992-95 but, also, to get to know the beauty and talent that this country harbours, in hope that one day you may see in person what Bosnia and Herzegovina is all about. Furthermore, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who contributed to this year’s Srebrenica Memorial. Thank you” #EveryActionMatters
