This year we commemorate 26 years since the end of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This years Srebrenica Memorial week is all based on the theme of #ReBuildingLives, since 2015 YMCA North Staffordshire commits to honouring the victims of the Srebrenica genocide and all hate crimes throughout the world, as well as raising awareness in order to prevent similar crimes happening ever again.

Due to the pandemic, this year’s commemoration will take place via several online events.
